What is the dress code?
We have no formal dress code but usual wedding attire applies.
Ladies, please avoid wearing white or any blue shades as these are reserved for the bridal party.
Gentlemen, the usual suits, trousers and shirts, please avoid wearing jeans or trainers.
Are Children Invited?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourselves!
Those children listed on invitations, we also please ask a curfew for the little ones of 18:00 to let the party really get under way.
Can I bring a +1 / Date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name on the invite. Thank-you for understanding!
What if I am running late?
If you are invited to the ceremony and arrive after 14:30hrs, staff will try and get you to the back of the ceremony as soon as possible. However, this could restrict your view or result in you missing the ceremony so we advise you to arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Will I be able to take pictures?
We kindly ask our guests to join us in an unplugged ceremony. Meaning we are asking all guests to refrain from using phones or cameras during this time. We want you to enjoy our ceremony and let our fantastic photographer take over during this. As soon as the ceremony is over we encourage all guests to take pictures of your evening and make sure to share these with us on our shared gallery which will be available by QR code on the evening.
Can I bring a gift?
The most important thing for us is for you to be present yourselves! Gifts are not a requirement from guests, but if you would like to give us something, we would really appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon.

Will there be an open bar?
In an ideal world, if we were millionaires, this would be a no brainer. However, as far as we know this has not happened yet, therefore, we will not be able to provide an open bar on the day.
Rest assure, a welcome drink will be provided on us and the venue has a fantastic fully stocked bar at reasonable prices for you to enjoy.
Where can I stay nearby?
There are plenty of hotels close by to our venue. Unfortunately there are no available rooms on site as they have been reserved for the wedding party.
What will the weather be like?
Although we are hoping for the lovely June sunshine. We are prepared for rain, so please also be ready for it!
Our venue is completely covered and we will have umbrella's on standby!
Is the venue outdoors or indoors?
The Venue is an outdoor Tipi with a few covered area's surrounding it. There are also plenty of places to get some fresh air during the night.
Ladies – please be mindful when picking footwear, there is a mixture of gravel and wooden surfaces.
Are there selected seats?
Please be mindful that during the ceremony the first few seats will be reserved for our wedding party. Otherwise we are continuing a unreserved seating plan for the entirety of the evening. Please feel free to socialize and change seating area as much as you would like.
What happens if I don’t RSVP by the selected date?
It is extremely important to RSVP by the selected date so we know how many too expect. If this is not completed we will assume you are not attending. If you cannot attend you will be missed, but please let us know as soon as possible.
